We totally fell in love with this wine when we first tried it a few years ago. You sense the terroir and fruit sitting brilliantly together. Ouster shell, blackcurrants and a lovely, generous, juicy delivery. There is so much going on! House Profile Another producer that we came across on one of our many visits. They work with a number of cuvées and we adore the exotic, aromatic style that they create. The Blanc de Noirs is one of our go to Blanc de Noirs and the Anna T is a rich, Chardonnay driven wine using spontaneous yeast in barrels.
