A blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, slightly heavier on the Chardonnay, creating a rich style, but remaining faithful to the terroir, holding good minerality and length. Some lovely chalky notes and impressive texture. House Profile We visited Remi a few years ago in Meurville and totally fell for his juicy, rich, characterful wines. They exude generosity and it was clear that his skill both in the vineyards and the winery were going to bring something special. Years later and it is clear that he has done exactly that. He works with 8.5 hectares of mainly Pinot Noir and the wines rock.
