We never use preservatives or additives, so your body, as well as your tastebuds, can thank us later. 1) Remove sleeve then open lid loosely2) Heat on full power for 2 minutes3) Stir and heat for another 1 minute4) Leave to sit for 30 seconds then devour! Store in refrigerator. Once opened, eat immediately. Can be frozen for up to three months.
