House Profile Based in the village of Chouilly this fanastic maison run by Marcelline and Vincent create brilliant, crisp wines which are the perfect representation of the village. 11 generations of winemakers, the house in it’s current status, was formed in 2002 and they work with over 10 hectares, mostly Chardonnay.
