We adore this wine. A deliciously chewy, rich and toasty style of Chardonnay. It flirts with oxidation yet is so exotic and ripe. The level of richness is beyond anything! Amazing. They have such a playful way with which they flirt with oxygen that creates this gorgeous, rich and textured palate. Added to this, Isabelle and Benoiste, the proprietors of these amazing wines, are two of the most lovely people we have ever met!
