It is recommended to replace filters at least once in 3 months regardless of the volume of purified water. The improved filters have an enhanced capacity for chlorine reduction with two carbon filters included in the set. Filters water down to substances larger than 5 Microns, this also helps to prevent the subsequent stages from damage. Stage 2 (Softening Filter) – Filter containing the activated coconut shell carbon. The filter reduces content of chlorine, concentration of toxic heavy metals, natural organic matter and oil products. Stage 3 (Carbon Block Filter) – Final fine purification is performed with the activated coconut shell carbon block filter, to completely reduce content of chlorine, chlorination by-products and sediments. It is recommended that the filter be replaced every 3 months regardless of the volume of purified water.
