It is produced by gently roasting unhulled sesame seeds before slowly pressing them to expel the delicate, fragrant oil. The roasted flavour achieved is perfectly balanced, neither too light nor too strong. Use it in stir-fries and sautéed dishes as well as in marinades, viniagrettes, sauces, and oriental noodle salads or fried noodles dishes.
