50/50 Pinot Noir/Chardonnay, 6g/ltr. Vinified in large oak barrels. A wine brimming with orange peel notes. Exotic with a peppery edge. There is so much energy and tension to the palate which lingers beautifully. House Profile Formed in 1980 by Chantal Delespierre and Didier Bertrand it is now run by their children; Clemence and Adrien. We totally fell in love with their wines when we visited in 2017 and have returned every year since. They work with 10 hectares in Chamery, Ecueil, Villedommange and Montre creating distinctive wines with impeccable structure and finesse.
