Our wine buyer visited the most amazing farmhouse cellar in Norwich where along with a bottle of Latour 1873 and Mouton 1874 were the oldest bottles of vintage port he has ever seen.Part of a case of 7 bottles of Vintage Port which from the shape of the bottles can all be dated to the 1860’s and 1870’s. Our wine buyer pulled the cork on one to see if there were any marks but the cork was too dark. The vintage port, he assures us, was incredible!
